There is a comprehensive range of services that can be provided by A M Associates and these will help you answer questions you may have concerning property or building related matters, or may help also to resolve problems:

1. Project Monitoring/Construction Monitoring – If you are having a building constructed for you, or you are an investor who is providing the funding to a developer to carry out building construction works, you will want to ensure that the works are being properly undertaken and that your money is accounted for.
   
   You may be an occupier who has entered into a pre-letting or pre-purchase arrangement with a developer who is constructing the building for your own occupation.
   
   In either event, you will want to monitor the progress with the development and construction works.
   
   A M Associates will undertake the monitoring of a project and ensure its successful completion in accordance with the agreement that has been reached between the parties.
2. Contract Administration/Project Management – If you are taking new premises or have acquired a building or have an existing building that own or occupy and it requires repair or refurbishment then you may need contract administration and / or project management services which can be provided by AM Associates.
   
   Dependant upon the size and scale and scope of the building works proposed, A M Associates can undertake contract administration for repair and refurbishment projects and this extends to providing project management services, co-ordinating other trades and/or professional consultants for larger projects.
